SFTL shape the future of fintech

We are very grateful that finews identified our president Karen Wendt as one of the top fintech women shaping the future of fintech in Switzerland.  We feel deeply honored, as Karen is iat the forefront when it comes to digital transformation (see her publication the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its impacts on ethics, as well as Theories of Change). Karen being an investment banker for over 20 years is very aware what challenges women face in the finance, tech and fintech industry and how they can be and must be overcome and turned into opportunities. But is is not Karen alone, it is the entire team that is committed and enthusiastic about achieving diversity in the fintech industry, making successful women in fintech visible and help women to develop and succeed in the Swiss Fintech Industry. We do this through a variety of measures including our academy programme  (free blockchain CAS – online, asset valuation including sustainability in cooperation with CAIA, Emotional Intelligence Programme, free coaching sessions and free start-up help for women). We herewith congratulate Karen and all the other wonderful women identified by Finews as change makers and fintech leaders and enthusiasts.
